Refund & Return Policy

We want you training happy. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging (unopened tins).
• To start a return, email info@romizzu.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and a prepaid or self-paid label depending on the case.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case we cover everything.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We'll email you as soon as it's processed.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship anything back.
